Falls Management Corp (Toronto)
Falls Management Corporation (FMC) is a joint venture corporation made up of five distinct shareholder groups located in four different cities in North America. FMC required a Chief Operating Officer to take the helm of an $800 million casino development project. The COO and a small internal staff would direct and motivate this large team of stakeholders and consultants.
After meeting with FMC, two major criteria for the ideal candidate were determined: candidates qualified for the position needed prior experience in large scale, multi-phased facility development and would have worked closely with the public sector in a high-profile environment.
Mr. Baron conducted an international search to identify and select candidates with the relevant experience and the motivation to take on a new challenge. The candidate was delivered to the board in 120 days from contract execution. |
