Austock Property Funds Management Limited (Chicago)
Austock Property Funds Management Limited is the United States’ subsidiary of Austock’s Property Funds Management (a publicly traded REIT) based in Melbourne, Australia. AMREES was engaged with the task of building a team from the ground up to include the four most senior executives in Austock’s United States division for the roles of Vice President of Finance, General Counsel, Acquisitions Director and Chief Operating Officer. AMREES recruited simultaneously for all four positions — with the new hires completed even before Austock had established a physical presence in the United States.
Given the location of Austock’s international headquarters in Melbourne, Australia and their United States subsidiary in Chicago, the client interview process was condensed into one week. AMREES was able to conclude the process and conduct negotiations to deliver all four candidates within eight weeks from start to finish. |
