ROBERT BARON is the Founder and President of BCGI American Real Estate Executive Search.

Since 1995 Robert has completed over 700 searches in the real estate sector across North America. Searches span the real estate life-cycle including capital raising, acquisitions, retail site selection, development, construction, leasing, property management, asset management, corporate real estate and real estate lending.

Robert is a trustee of NorthWest Healthcare Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT focused on medical office buildings. He has contributed articles to numerous industry publications and has been a guest at the MBA programs at Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and Columbia’s MsRED Program.

His prior experience includes investment sales at CBRE and corporate finance at CIBC World Markets. Robert holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He resides in Manhattan with his wife and two sons.
